     Orders and Payments.

• When you finished selecting the items you wish to order from our website click on your shopping cart, review your items and then proceed to checkout. After that, you will be asked for details including your name, billing address, delivery address, contact number, email address and payment details. 
• If you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other part of information as part of our security procedures, you are required to keep such information as confidential and please do not disclose it to any third party. We have the authority to impair any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use in our reasonable opinion.
• If you know or doubt that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password you must inform us immediately. 
• Your order will be accepted when you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include details about your order. At this point, you are bound to be in a contract with us and we will take payment in full.  If we are unable to accept your order, we will email you accordingly.
• All prices on our website are displayed in Indian rupees. 
• Product Prices are as displayed on our website and are can be changed without notice. 
• If any item is priced incorrectly we have the right to supply at the correct price and for that, we will inform you before delivery.
• Discount codes are stand-alone and are not able to be used in conjunction with any other code or offer available at the time. The Jadau Jaipur Company has the right to stop or cancel or withdraw a promotion at any time. Discount codes do not apply to any pre-order items.

     Our Products.

• The images of the products on the website are for display purposes and we have tried our best to illustrate every detail of all our products.  Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, unfortunately sometimes the device displays the colors slightly different with respect to our original product. Your product may vary slightly from original images. 

     Delivery. 

• Your items will be delivered to the address specified on your order under “delivery address”.  The delivery cost will be as displayed to you on the website. (Delivery is free within India and for international delivery charges please refer our delivery information page).
• The Jadau Jaipur Company aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed, are dispatched 2 to 3 days and will deliver you within 7 to 8 working days. However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.

    Returns & Exchanges. 

We do not accept any returns and exchange but we do accept return and exchange in certain cases:-

• If there any size issue.
• We assure a perfect product without any defect before we deliver each item but still, the customer found it defective in that case we offer an exchange. (No Refund).
• Returns or exchanges are only applicable within 7 days of purchase.
